Delivery Related Queries

Q. I live in the ROI and Channel Islands.  Can I purchase gifts?

A.With apologies, we’re currently only able to deliver to mainland UK (England, Scotland, and Wales).

Q. How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

A. The items will be dispatched by post, usually within 14 days of applying, and sent to the postal address registered at the time of purchase and we will do our very best to ensure this,  during this difficult period.

Q. Will I need to sign for my purchase?
A.  Consumers are not required to sign for their purchase.  Purchases will be sent via standard class post to the address registered at the time of purchase and will not require a signature. If consumers are not at home when the postman attempts delivery, they may receive a card to collect their parcel from their local Post Office. If it is not collected within the specified time, Royal Mail will return the package to the sender.

Q. It has been over 28 days since I received confirmation that my purchase is on its way but I am yet to receive it, where could it be?

A. We apologise that you have not yet received your order. Please contact consumers@muller.co.uk with your name & full address, and the date when you received confirmation of your purchase. Please allow 3 working days for us to respond to your query.


Tasty B Bear Related Queries
Q. What’s the Tasty B bear made of?

A.The bear is a soft toy, with 100% polyester fur, and 100% polyester stuffing. Eyes and nose are plastic, and the bear contains a sound module powered by 2 AA batteries (supplied).

Q. Where do I find the care instructions on the Tasty B bear and how do I clean it?

A care label should be sewn into your bear, advising that the bear can be surface washed only. Please do this using a damp, not wet, cloth and allow to dry naturally. A. You should not wash the bear as it contains electrical components.

Q. My bear has stopped talking; can I replace the batteries in my Tasty B bear?

A. Yes, the batteries are replaceable. To replace, locate the opening in the bear’s back and carefully pull out the battery unit. Slide switch to OFF and unscrew the unit cover. Replace batteries with 2 x AA (1.5 volts) observing correct polarities (+/-). Replace battery unit cover and screw down, without overtightening. Slide switch to ON, replace unit in back of bear and close the Velcro. Do not use rechargeable batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries.

Q. Is Tasty B suitable for a child to play with?
A. We recommend that children should be supervised by an adult. The Tasty B bears are suitable for all ages.

General Order Queries

Q. My order has arrived damaged, who do I contact?

A. We’re sorry you’re not happy with your item/s send us an email to explain what the fault is email consumers@muller.co.uk. Please send your name, address and contact details and we’ll be happy to look into it.

Q. How big is the bear and what does he do?

A.Tasty B is around 27cm high and 17cm wide 13cm (which is why he won't fit through the letterbox). You can hear his popular phrases when you press the pad on his paw.

Q. My T Shirt too big/small – Can I change it?

A. As this is a trial Instagram shop and we're only open for a month we are afraid we are unable to exchange it. If you would like another size, please return the item you purchased and place a new order. 

Q. How will my product arrive?

A. Your product will arrive via Royal Mail in a Müller red jiffy bag.

Q. Can I amend my order?

A. Unfortunately once your order has been placed we cannot make any amends. However please DM us @mullerukandireland and we’ll see what we can do to help

Q.Can I cancel my order?

A. If you wish to cancel an order you have already placed for Goods you must contact us immediately to understand whether the Goods have been dispatched or not. Where Goods have been dispatched, you will need to return the Goods to us and you will be responsible for paying the costs of returning the Goods.
